Bob Trenor, Assistant Governor for Area 8 Clubs in Rotary District 7770, is shown presenting an award to Lou Mello and Brent Jonas of the Mt Pleasant Rotary Club. Lou is the Area 8 Foundation Advocate and the Foundation Chair for the Mt Pleasant Club, Brent is the current Club President of the Mt. Pleasant Rotary Club 2008-2009.

The award is for Area 8 being the only Area out of 16 Areas in the District where each of the 5 Rotary Clubs achieved both their Foundation Club Goal and Foundation Challenge Goal. The Mt Pleasant Club achieved 195% of their Club Goal for the Rotary
